Payouts are not automatic. Sellers must submit a payout request via the Platform. utap.it then processes payouts based on:
- Verification status
- Refund/dispute activity
- Risk checks
- Product eligibility rules
- Stripe settlement timing
Payouts may be approved, delayed, withheld, or rejected.
Payout timing depends on product type:
- Digital products: eligible after 15 days (if no disputes or issues exist)
- Physical products: after delivery is confirmed + return period expires
Additional delays may occur due to verification or compliance checks.
Payouts may be delayed or withheld due to:
- Internal risk checks
- Fraud prevention systems
- Chargebacks or disputes
- Missing or invalid order data
- Compliance reviews
- Stripe processing delays
- Platform-level restrictions
All payments are processed through utap.it using Stripe infrastructure. When a product is created, utap.it automatically creates and manages the corresponding Stripe product and pricing setup on behalf of the Seller.
Sellers do not directly manage Stripe products.
No. Sellers do not need to create or manage their own Stripe accounts. utap.it handles:
- Stripe product creation
- Payment processing
- Transaction handling
- Payout infrastructure
Sellers only receive payouts through the Platform payout system.
Yes. utap.it supports both physical and digital goods, but each type has different refund and payout rules.
All refund requests must be submitted via: utap.it/refundform
Refund eligibility depends on:
- Product type
- Delivery status
- Compliance with policy
- Evidence provided
utap.it may approve, reject, or partially refund orders.
Customers may initiate chargebacks through their bank, but abusive or fraudulent chargeback activity may result in account restrictions or bans.
- Digital products: generally final unless defective or not delivered
- Physical products: 14-day return window after delivery (subject to conditions)
Sellers are fully responsible for:
- Shipping products
- Providing tracking numbers
- Delivery accuracy
- Customs and import compliance

- Suspend accounts

- Terminate access
- Reverse transactions if necessary
Yes. utap.it uses:
- Firebase for secure data storage
- Stripe for payments
- Encryption and access control systems
Yes, but only what is necessary to fulfill orders — e.g. shipping details, order info, and support communication.
