Return & Refund Policy
This Return and Refund Policy ("Policy") explains the rules for returns, refunds, and dispute handling on the utap.it Platform. All refund and return requests must be submitted via the official form at utap.it/refundform.
1 General Policy
All returns and refunds are subject to this Policy and applicable laws.
Customers must submit all refund or return requests exclusively via the official form at utap.it/refundform. Requests submitted outside this form may be rejected and will not be considered valid.
2 Physical Products
Customers may request a return within 14 days from confirmed delivery.
Eligibility Requirements
- Items must be returned in original condition
- Items must include original packaging (where applicable)
- Proof of purchase and return request must be provided
Return Shipping
Unless required by applicable law or otherwise stated by the Seller, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping Responsibility
utap.it is not responsible for shipping delays, carrier failures, lost packages, customs delays, or damages occurring during transit. Responsibility for fulfillment remains with the Seller.
Refund Processing
Payouts to Sellers will be withheld until the return is confirmed, product condition is verified, and the refund decision is completed.
3 Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are generally considered final and non-refundable except where:
- Required by applicable law
- The product was not delivered
- The product is materially defective or unusable
- The product substantially differs from its description
EU/UK Digital Consent
Where applicable, customers may be required to expressly consent to immediate access or download of digital content, and acknowledge that they may lose statutory withdrawal rights upon delivery where legally permitted.
4 Refund Abuse and Eligibility Restrictions
utap.it reserves the right to deny, limit, suspend, or investigate refund requests where:
- Fraud or abuse is suspected
- Excessive or repetitive refund activity occurs
- Policy circumvention is detected
- Required evidence is not provided
- Customer violates Platform rules
- The request is deemed abusive or fraudulent
5 Seller Responsibilities
Sellers are responsible for:
- Fulfilling orders correctly and on time
- Providing accurate tracking information
- Handling product quality and compliance
- Cooperating in all disputes and refund processes
6 Digital Product Refund Rules
Refunds for digital products may only be granted in cases of:
- Non-delivery
- Verified technical issues
- Material defects
- Legal entitlement under applicable law
7 Evidence Requirements
utap.it may require supporting evidence from customers or Sellers, including:
- Screenshots
- Photos
- Tracking data
- Communication logs
- Technical diagnostics
- Proof of delivery or non-delivery
8 Chargebacks and External Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact utap.it before initiating chargebacks.
9 Refund Methods and Timing
Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on payment providers, banks, financial institutions, and external processing delays.
10 Partial and Alternative Refunds
utap.it may issue full refunds, partial refunds, credits, or alternative resolutions depending on the circumstances of the case.
11 Policy Violations
Refund eligibility may be denied where the customer or Seller violates Platform policies, fraud or abuse is detected, unauthorized activity occurs, or prohibited products or behavior are involved.
12 Time Limits and Failure to Return Items
Failure to return physical products within the required timeframe may result in cancellation of refund eligibility and denial of refund requests.
13 Final Decision Authority
utap.it reserves sole discretion to approve or reject refund requests, resolve disputes, determine eligibility, and enforce this Policy.
